Almost Christmas!

Okay, it is still a few months away, but if you want to make some cute cards to send for the holidays, now is the time to start working on them!  I found some time this afternoon to play around & came up with this cute one following a sketch from Freshly Made Sketches for their 1 year anniversary.  For this card, I followed Sketch #46 (shown below)

I had so much fun working with the sketch, that I came up with this second card - sketch #36, using the new framelits from the Holiday Mini for the gingerbread men - wish they were real so I could have a snack!

If you would like to learn to make these cards & many more, please let me know.  I would love to show you how easy it is!  If you don't think you can do it, trust me you can :)  I also sell the cards if you really truly don't want to make them.  Just leave me a comment or email me.

Hope you have wonderful week!

Baby Shower!

A good friend of mine, who I have known since we were kids, is all grown up & having a baby in a few weeks.  Today was her baby shower.  I wanted to make her something she could use & to show off some great Stampin' Up! products :)

I made her 20 cards w/envelopes (& a book of stamps).  I figured you can never have enough Thank You cards - especially for when the little one arrives!

Supplies:
Ink: Marina mist, daffofil delight, crumb cake, pumpkin pie, basic black, blush blossom
Card stock: marina mist, whisper white
Stamp sets: packed for baby,  thank you kindly & thanks tons (a retired one on the inside - little tiny baby pins in two of the corners for a little color)
Other: framelits - labels, ribbon punch
Made a little box for everything to fit into & used my favorite ribbon to tie it all together & one of my favorite stamp set (Baroque motif) to give a little design to the box

Hope you like it!
